Women's Soccer Finishes Season 12-2-1

Blue Angel Soccer wraps up another successful season

The 2015 Kaskaskia College Women?s Soccer team completed their 7th straight winning season. This year?s team finished the year winning 83% of their matches while compiling a 12-2-1 record. The team went 8-2-1 vs other NJCAA DI teams and went 7-2-1 within their region/district. For the season the team outscored their opponents 49-19. The two losses for the Blue Angels came against teams ranked in the top 15 nationally. The high light of the season was a 2-1 win over rival Southwestern Illinois College who was ranked in the top 25 nationally.

Sylvia Adler was named the NJCAA DI national soccer player of the week in October. Sylvia, Rachel Hanold, and Monica Robinson earned all-region honors.

This year?s team caps of a 5 year run in which the blue angels have won 80% of their games. The team has a 64-16-4 record in that time span.
