The Blue Devils put together their best race of the year in their last regular season meet. The 11 team meet hosted by Greenville College on the golf course of the Hillsboro Country Club is well suited for fast times and spectator friendly. The team placed 6th just a few points from the 5th spot. Oliver Lee continues to led the Blue Devils, Lee just missed dropping under the 28 minute mark, he placed in the top 20. Caidien Beer ran his best race of the the year sliding into the 28 minute range. Brady Marshall had a very good race, battling the 8K distance on a sore foot to finish 3rd for the team. Andrew Latham continues to get back to where he was last year with a solid race in the number 4 spot. Jack Walters came up big dropping below the 30 minute mark for the first time to round out the number 5 counter postition. The average time for the top 5 was 28 minutes and 58 seconds with the 1-5 pack time of 1 minute and 30 seconds. Blake Heimann was the 6th Devil to cross the finish line followed by Branson Pappas, with Noah Markus right behind, all 3 finished in the low 30 minute range. Will Tepe had his best race of the year. Zerek Koch continues to improve with each race. Almost the entire time had personal best times, several taking a lot of time off their earlier best races. Noah dropped minutes off his time. The team sported their pink jerseys to promote Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
